How to delete your Klokito account and data

In the app or on the web (immediate)

Open Klokito (the app or klokito.com) and sign in with the account you want to delete.
Tap your name or the person icon at the top to open your profile.
Scroll down, tap DELETE ACCOUNT and confirm.

The profile, scores, statistics and club memberships are deleted at once. The game continues as a guest with an empty profile.

By e-mail

Write to support@klokito.com from the e-mail address you signed in with, or tell us the display name of your guest profile. We delete within 30 days.

What is deleted and what stays

Deleted: profile (name, level, streak, missions, themes), scores and leaderboard entries, statistics, club memberships, and the link between your account and your purchase.

Stays: a Plus subscription is managed by the store, not by us – cancel it in Google Play → Subscriptions (Android) or in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions (iPhone), otherwise it keeps renewing. Anonymous aggregate metrics (daily player counts) contain no identifier. Accounting records of purchases are kept as long as tax law requires.
