Klokito is a free online game. You tap a running clock as close to a whole second as you can. The server is the only source of truth for the time of your tap and removes your network delay before scoring. Scores, leaderboards, runs, duels, missions and levels are computed by the server. By playing you accept these terms.
You can play as a guest. A random identifier on your device keeps your progress. If you sign in (e-mail or Google), your guest progress is merged into the account and follows you across devices.
Do not use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, modified clients or anything that taps for you. Do not attack the service or other players. Do not choose a nickname or club name that is offensive, impersonates someone else or breaks a law. We may remove scores, rename you, or close your account when we see this. Serious cases end the account without refund of unused Plus time.
Klokito Plus is an optional monthly subscription (4.99 EUR per month including VAT; the exact price with your local tax is shown at checkout). Plus unlocks private clubs (creating one), personal statistics, extra themes, an extra weekly streak shield, a badge next to your name, and next week's bonus hints. Plus never buys points or accuracy: the public leaderboards stay fair for everyone.
Where to buy. Plus is sold in the Klokito Android app as a Google Play subscription and in the Klokito iOS app as an Apple in-app purchase. On Android the payment goes through Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service; on iOS through the App Store under Apple's Media Services Terms. The store collects the applicable VAT and issues the receipt. Plus is not sold on the web yet.
Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions (Android) or in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions (iPhone), or e-mail support@klokito.com. Plus stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). Plus is digital content delivered immediately. By subscribing you expressly agree that Plus starts right away and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for the period that has started. If Plus does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period; write to us.
Price changes. We will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before a price change. It applies from your next renewal; you can cancel before then.
You are responsible for your identity provider account (e-mail or Google). Names, nicknames and club names you enter are shown to other players. You give us a licence to display them in the game.
You can delete your account or guest profile by e-mailing us (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting an account ends any Plus subscription at the end of the paid period.
Klokito is provided as is. We aim for a working service but do not promise it is available at all times; we may take it down for maintenance or change features, rules, bonuses and scoring. If we stop the game for good, we will tell you at least 30 days ahead when possible, and Plus subscriptions will end with a pro-rata refund of the unused period through Google Play or the App Store.
We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be limited by law (for example injury to life or health, and consumer rights that cannot be waived). Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Plus in the 12 months before the event. The game is entertainment; we are not liable for lost points, ranks or streaks.
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction, without limiting a consumer's right to sue at home.
Alternative dispute resolution. If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint, you can turn to an alternative dispute resolution body. In Slovakia this is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk) or another body listed by the Slovak Ministry of Economy. Consumers in other EU countries can use the ADR bodies of their country. Send complaints first to support@klokito.com; we answer within 30 days.
We may update these terms. For material changes we show a notice in the game or e-mail account holders at least 14 days ahead. If you keep playing after the change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop playing and cancel Plus before the date.
